Who Can Join

To be eligible, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Be 40 years of age or older

  • Have moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis (10 areas of psoriasis equal to 10 of the size of your palm combined)

  • Have at least 1 of the following cardiovascular risk factors at the time of Screening Visit:

    • Current cigarette smoker (vaping does not qualify)

    • Diagnosis of hypertension or use of blood
      pressure-lowering medications

    • Diagnosis of dyslipidemia or lipid lowering medications [e.g., statins])

    • Diabetes mellitus type 1 or 2

    • History of 1 or more of the following CVD events:

      • Coronary revascularization

      • Procedures including percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)

      • Myocardial Infarction

      • Cardiac arrest

      • Hospitalization for unstable angina, acute coronary syndrome, stroke, or transient ischemic attack

    • Obesity defined by a body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m

    • Family history of premature coronary heart disease
