Trial to Assess the Effects of Obicetrapib on Levels of Antioxidants in Plasma and HDL Particles in Healthy Volunteers:
Medical experts are researching the investigational drug to see how it may affect antioxidant levels in the blood and support eye health when taken together with the AREDS 2 eye vitamin supplement.

Who Can Join
To qualify for the study, you must:
- Be 18-55 years old
- Be in overall good health
- Have good vision in both eyes (20/60), with or without glasses or contacts
- Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 18.5 to 29.9
Exclusions:
- Supplement or pharmaceutical product that may affect visual function within 3 months
- Tobacco or Nicotine use within 12 months
- Marijuana use
- Injectable cholesterol-lowering medication (PCSK9 inhibitors) within 6 months
- Other cholesterol-lowering drugs within 4 weeks
- Diabetes medications within 4 weeks
- Systemic or inhaled anti-inflammatory steroids within 4 weeks
