About this Study

STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF DEURUXOLITINIB IN ADOLESCENT PATIENTS WITH SEVERE ALOPECIA AREATA WITH AN OPEN-LABEL EXTENSION PERIOD

The trial is evaluating an investigational medication as a possible treatment for Adolescent Alopecia. Help us evaluate a potential new investigational treatment by participating.

Who Can Join

  • 12 to <18 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with alopecia areata
  • Current episode of scalp hair loss lasting at least 6 months and not less than 10 years
  • Hair loss is equal to 50%
  • Have received 2 doses of the varicella vaccine (Chicken Pox) or proof of immunity from Chicken pox due to having it before
  • Weigh at least 81.5 lbs.
