A Positive First Clinical Research Experience with Strong Staff Support

Hi. I had my first screening last week for a clinical trail The staff is great and very professional! I had trouble finding the entrance and called , Nicki at the front desk explained where to park and was very helpful with all the forms i had to fill out. My research coordinator was great and answered all my question as was the facility manager. There was a problem with my Xray order and the technician in the xray lab had only an order to do one knee, both needed to he done. I called Nicki and within 2 minutes the xray dept had the correct directions. I give emerging medical research and especially nicki 5 stars !!!! Great experience
